Our Best Practices in the New Normal
As Dubai reopens to the world, the facilities in the arrivals hall of Dubai International Airport are implementing strict health and safety protocols. In order to maintain operations safely, preventative measures that have been carefully considered have been put into place to protect the health and well-being of the KitMyTrip retail team and our customers These safety protocols will remain for the unforeseeable future.
Face Mask
All passengers arriving at Dubai International Airport, as well as our KitMyTrip guest ambassadors, must wear face masks, with the option to wear a face shield and hand gloves, at all times due to measures in place to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Temperature Check
Our KitMyTrip guest ambassadors may require you to check your body temperature, provided with our digital infrared thermometers. This contactless device points the laser at your forehead and it can estimate the body's internal temperature.
Keeping Distance
To keep a safe distance between you, the other guests, and our guest ambassadors, we have introduced measures in maintaining social distancing by putting floor sticker signages and other print signages of other safety precautions.
Hand Washing
Part of the KitMyTrip team initiative is the practice of handwashing. Called Project High-Five, Our guest ambassadors regularly wash hands, every 30 minutes, as this is our first line of defense against the spread of many illnesses.
Cleaning and Sanitizing our Devices
We’re following all the guidance along with our additional safety measures to reduce the risk of infection with our enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of our SIM activation and pocket WiFi devices. Hand sanitizers are always available at our desk for our guests to use.
Contactless Payments
While we continue to accept cash payments, we have also set contactless payments as our preferred payment as they require less physical interaction, aside from being more secure.
