What is the validity of Dubai Touristor?
You can use the Dubai Touristor to book/redeem your products for upto 10 days from the date of first use. Once purchased, the individual items have their own validity as below:
How do I calculate the date of first use Dubai Touristor?
The date of first use is when you redeem the first product. Example: You booked a Dubai Touristor pack on the 1st of Nov. You redeemed your first product (say a SIM Card) on the 5th of Nov – you will have till the 15th of Nov to book/redeem your other offers.
How can I redeem the attraction tickets in my Dubai Touristor pack?
You will receive an email with your ticket. This ticket will have the bar code/QR code that you can present at the venue. The ticket is only valid on the date of visit that was selected during redemption.
How can I redeem the SIM card and Travel Pass?
Visit the kitmytrip shop located at the Arrivals hall of Dubai International Airport T1 and T3.
How can I get discounts in the restaurants with Dubai Touristor?

Can I get a refund for those unredeemed offers?
You have 10 days to redeem all your offers in your Dubai Touristor pack, and any unredeemed offers will be forfeited. Unfortunately, no refund shall be issued.
