- Guests are required to carry a hard copy of the Tickets downloaded from our Website which also needs to be presented at the entrance to gain entry. \n
- IMG Tickets includes access to Marvel / Lost Valley / Cartoon Network / IMG Boulevard. \n
- The opening and closing times of the Premises are posted an estimate only and IMGWOA may vary the times from time to time at its sole discretion. \n
- IMGWOA cannot guarantee that all rides and attractions will be available upon guests visit to the Premises. Height restrictions and the number of tickets required are also subject to change and can be confirmed upon entry to the Premises. \n
- Convenient storage lockers are available at the park entrance with an additional charge. \n
- Wheel chair is available on First come serve basis. \n
- Guest relation counters are located in IMG. \n
- Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & it is allotted by Representative. \n
- The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport. \n
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee. \n
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions. \n
- This is a booking voucher only so in case of booking an attraction entrance, it is must to carry the ticket separately. \n
