    • Reservations for all guests will begin from 10:00 on February 18. Guests are also required to make a health declaration as part of their reservation process
    \n
    • As required by the latest enhanced health and safety regulations, park visitors are required to scan the “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code or register their names, contact numbers, and date and time of visit before entering the premises
    \n
    • To maintain appropriate social distancing among Guests, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort has introduced capacity control in the Park. All Guests are required to reserve their visit date with their valid tickets, membership cards, or vouchers/confirmation through the designated website within 7 days prior to their visit to the Park. During the initial re-opening stage, the park is implementing a new five-day per week operation and will be closed each Tuesday and Thursday (except public holidays and other special dates) until further notice. Please check the Park Visit Reservation website address. You’ll also find the reservation website address from the e-ticket or ticket vouchers

Online Reservation Steps:

1. Please submit a valid email address or mobile phone number to login.
\n
2. Please read and accept the Terms & Conditions before logging into the system.
\n
3. Guest can input Ticket Reference Number (a set of 19-20 digits, displayed next to the QR code OR at the bottom of the page when viewing eTicket with a mobile device) to reserve a visit date.
\n
4. Once the reservation is submitted successfully, a confirmation will be shown on the screen and a reservation notification will be sent to the registered email address or mobile phone number.
\n
5. You may repeat steps 3 & 4 to make reservation for additional tickets before logging out. You may use the same email address or mobile phone number to login and review your reservation. If you wish to change the reservation, you may cancel the original reservation and rebook.

• You will initially receive a confirmation email of your booking.

• The ticket/voucher will be sent within 24 hours after the confirmation email is received.

• In the event that you do not receive any emails from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

How To Use:

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
\n
• You may scan your QR code to enter park without collecting physical ticket
\n
• You can enter the attraction directly with this voucher
\n

• The voucher is valid until 27 Feb 2022

Additional Information

• Your photo will be taken at the turnstile before entering the park for identity verification in case of re-entry. Guests who do not wish to have their photo taken will be offered a different method of verification
